No, that's not necessary. You can always order as a guest. However, if you wish to do so, you will not need to set up an account with us. You will be able to track the status of your order, access previous orders and will not have to re-enter your address details.
With us you can pay with all major credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS)
Of course we also offer payment by PAYPAL.
In Germany we use PAYPALplus, here you don't need your own PayPal account and can also pay by credit card or even on account (2-4 weeks payment period, creditworthiness provided, the check is done by PayPal, we have no influence on that).
Our shop also offers payment via AmazonPay, in this case you use your stored payment and delivery information from Amazon.
Especially for mobile users we offer payment via e-wallet, i.e. ApplePay or GooglePay. You will find the corresponding button at the checkout if you have selected payment by credit card and click on ApplePay or GooglePay in the info window. Only the data stored on your smartphone will be transmitted, the credit card information remains yours alone.
All payment information is not stored with us, so your data remains absolutely safe and only with you.
For most of our products, shipping is free of charge, which means that in these cases, depending on product requirements, we determine the shipping method and the logistics provider ourselves. For example, individual T-shirts are also delivered by Deutsche Post Briefversand. We never send as a delivery of goods but with PRIO-Service. This means that you can also track the letter on the internet with a tracking code.
You can also decide for yourself which logistics company you want to be delivered by. We work with DHL (so you can also use packing stations), DPD and UPS. If you need it really fast, we use UPS-Express.
The processing and shipping time is usually 2 working days. This means that most products are in your hands after 48 hours on weekdays. On weekends and holidays we are usually not in use, so that orders around the weekend take a little longer. For products that are not in stock, we point out the approximate delivery time. You can find the standard delivery time in the product description.
We kindly ask you to announce your return in our customer service portal before you return the goods.
You will then receive a return number from us, which you should enclose with your return. Afterwards, please send us the item in its original packaging in a secure package. We recommend the packaging in which you received the goods from us.
The return shipment should be insured, but is not mandatory. We ask you to bear the shipping costs for the return shipment yourself.
We will inform you about the receipt of the goods by e-mail. After a positive check you will receive the purchase amount back by the payment method you chose when placing your order.
You can check the status of your order at any time via your customer account under "My orders". You will also receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation via e-mail as soon as your items have been processed in our shipping department.
